Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your website. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for the packages sold by Sprint Digital Builds, a trade name of Dusking Negocios Digitais LTDA, CNPJ 51.775.668/0001-41 ("we", "us" or "our").

1. 7-day satisfaction guarantee

You may request a full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days of your purchase, for any reason, by contacting us at guilherme460@yahoo.com.br.

2. Revisions before refund

If the first version of your website does not match your brief, let us know. Every package includes revisions before launch, and we will adjust the project to meet what was agreed. Asking for revisions does not affect your right to a refund within the 7-day period.

3. After 7 days

After the 7-day period, payments are non-refundable, especially once the website has been delivered and approved, since the work has already been performed. If we are unable to deliver the service purchased for reasons attributable to us, you will receive a full refund regardless of the period.

4. Third-party costs

Amounts paid directly to third parties, such as domain registration, hosting, paid plugins or payment gateway fees, are not covered by this policy and follow the refund rules of each provider.

5. How to request a refund

• Email guilherme460@yahoo.com.br with the subject "Refund request".
• Include the name and email used for the purchase, and the package purchased.
• We will confirm receipt and process approved refunds within up to 10 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase. The time for the amount to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in force on the date of your purchase applies to your order.
